I just tried to see chats of my tab on my phone. (easily hacked).
I think with this you can only see conversations.
So what you need is .
First of all take your friends mobile for a second or if he/she dont gives . You can convince with other type of means like you can tell him/her to send these files (file) to you on hike because you got your files corrupted.
Now, Go to folder > whatsapp > databasesYou will find two files named: msgstore-yyyy..dd..db.crypt and msgstore.db.crypt
Copy this file and rename it with “msgstore-YYYY-MM-DD.1.db.crypt” to “msgstore.db.crypt”. If the file extension is different like “.crypt5” then rename the prefix but do not change the extension
Install the whatsapp application it will ask for restore. Chose restore from backup. Cheers! You will have all your friends conversation on your phone.
