You can download it from playstore on your mmobile phone .

And from google on your pc. 

Then turn it on your computer as well as in phone.

For connecting you need an ip address of computer which you can find in network settings of computer and check any connected connection details you will get ip address there. 

After doing so enter that ip address in phone and accept in computer (permissions from phone).

And then you can open pc from mobile anytime,anywhere.

But you need to be connected through network.
