1.  First of all create new facebook account. You can create new accounts by Using TextNow app every time . Just sign in and logout everytime and enter new email to get new US numbers every time.

6. Now head over to new ad account from ad accounts where currency is Brazil.
7. Now here go to add CPF number and generate cpf from here cpf generator. Get cpf and add until it becomes valid.  Random cpf- 14740107000180
   
8. now enter any random brazil post code like 13010-111 and click on continue and enter any random street number and save it.

10. Now copy this bin and go to https://namso-gen.com/ and paste there and generate random cards. now list will appear like this 
    
11. In right bottom you will see copy just copy all these numbers and go to https://cc-checker.com/ and here go to any checker, i use checker v3 . Paste all of the numbers there and click start.
    
12. now copy the live card detail and add it as payment method in ad account.. boom payment method is added. 
13. now just create page and add your ad and click on promote and use budget of R$75BRL and click on boost and it will be promoted !!
